Offensive Subjects/Personal Boundaries/Warnings: • More of an FYI than anything offensive or a particular boundary but: I don't do very well with action scenes. Writing out fight scenes? It's just...something I very much "but how do?" at most of the time! It's not to say that I will never write them out, because sometimes they are just plain and simply necessary and unavoidable, but be warned that I am not very good at or detailed with it, and I will likely gloss over a good chunk of it and generally prefer to discuss outcomes and handwave it.
• While my characters may partake in sexual activities, I do not prefer to write them out! I will do the hot-n-heavy making out and lead up things and fade out (and potentially fade back into the aftermath if the thread/situation calls for such things!). The exact extent of detail in the lead up bits will vary depending on my comfort level with any particular writing partner, but will possibly increase to a certain threshold with time. I know some people feel that it's a very important part of relationship development (especially in cases of things like first times and such), but it's unfortunately just not my cup of tea in the RP world!
IC =/= OOC: Kol can be a pretty controversial and dramatic character with harsh opinions or otherwise rough edges. Just because he is being nasty to your character doesn't mean I hate them OR you, I promise! I always try to separate that line, and will keep OOC communication open because of this!
Other Notes: Bear with me, guys. I get space cadet-y at times in part due to mom duties (and working 2 jobs). I may be slow? But I still exist, I promise!

Voice: Considering you have an Aussie playing a Brit, there's a bit of a mixed up accent in there which works perfectly considering how much traveling Kol has done! Example.

Religion: I don't think Kol prescribes to any one religion these days, but as a Viking there's definitely a heavy base in Norse things on that score. But also, he does state in canon that he thinks one of the problems with the world is that people have lost faith, which indicates he is at the very least spiritual, if not particularly religious. He will gladly discuss religion with anyone, at length, and likely knows a fair bit about several varying ones across the globe.
Education: 10th century levels of education + just existing for a millenia has kinda taught him a lot; he adapted super well to technology, too. He's quick on the uptake when confronted with things he doesn't have prior knowledge of!
Languages: I am taking a lot of liberties here with assumptions, but considering the traveling, I feel it's feasible that he knows a lot of languages, if not fluently at least in a passing manner.

Permissions
Platonic Physical Contact: •Hugging; hand holding; back rubbing/other soothing tactics: I'm personally game for it whenever, but depending on the person, how close they are, the situation, etc... will depend on his specific reaction; with family/close friends, it's all fair game at all times.
Romantic/Sexual Physical Contact: •Flirting: Do the thing. He'll give it right back.
•Kissing: If it feels right, do it. But he may have an adverse reaction (not necessarily violent-- but not ruled out either).
Violent Physical Contact: •Fighting: Go for it, he may even be the one to initiate it honestly. Just keep in mind the fact that he is virtually indestructible, and impossible to kill without White Oak {unless game mechanics say otherwise}.
•Injuring: Minor injuries are a go at any time, more major ones check first but it'll probably be fine anyway, I'd just rather have a headsup!
•Killing: Hard NOPE. (Only White Oak can and at this time, I'm certainly not looking to kill him, even for a temporary plot, for a third time.)

Warnings
• All the big CWs come attached to Kol and his life/history: Violence/torture/death/murder (often brutally, ruthlessly, and with a lack of respect for humanity/humans/human life as well as body horror elements), language, alcoholism, abuse (from parents & siblings; physical & emotional; is both victim and abuser at varying times), manipulation.
• A blanket "He is violent and dramatic" warning goes here. Kol is more likely to react first and think later in many cases, short of someone (i.e. family or very close CR) intervening or calming him down before he can do so.
• Though he is rather violent? I don't tend to write out very descriptive things and such, so trigger warnings of that variation will be minimal and mostly alluded to/not fully written out, though appropriate warnings will still be included when and where necessary regardless.
• You do not touch, mess with, verbally attack, or deal with anyone in his family, circles of friends, or other such categories of approved people in anything close to a negative manner without having to deal with him. I will check with all parties over heavy involvement in situations when necessary, but he will, without doubt, come to his people's defense, be it physically or verbally. Especially if things are being done publicly.
